What is coaching?
Coaching is a guided, reflective process that helps you gain clarity, shift patterns, and move towards your goals.
It does not give advice — instead, it helps you discover your own answers with support, structure, and accountability.
When should I choose coaching vs advisory/consulting?
Choose coaching when you want clarity, confidence, leadership presence, or personal growth.
Choose advisory/consulting when you need expert input or solution design — e.g., people strategy, culture, policy refresh, role positioning, résumé / LinkedIn improvement, or interview preparation.
Some engagements blend both, as required.
What can I expect in a coaching session?
A safe and confidential space to explore goals, challenges, patterns, and possibilities — with reflective questioning, insight-building, and practical next steps to achieve your desired outcome.
How long does a coaching engagement last?
Leadership coaching typically spans 6–12 months.
Shorter focused engagements (e.g., career repositioning, confidence and presence, interview readiness) can be designed based on your timeline.
What types of consulting / advisory support do you offer?
For organisations, we support: HR Strategy, Culture & Leadership Development, Talent & Succession Planning, Policy Design, Change management support & Fractional CHRO Advisory.
For individuals, we offer advisory & mentoring for Career Positioning (Resume & LinkedIn Refresh, Interview Preparation), Strengths Awareness & application, Communication & Executive Presence.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes — completely. All coaching conversations remain private unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
How can we start working together?
We can begin with booking a free Discovery Call to understand goals and determine whether coaching, advisory, or a blended approach is the best fit. A tailored plan and fee proposal will follow.
What are your fees?
Fees vary based on scope (individual coaching, advisory, team workshops, or organisational consulting).
A customised proposal is shared after the Discovery Call — aligned to goals, timeline, and expected outcomes.
Are sessions in-person or virtual?
We offer all formats — virtual sessions, in-person sessions, and hybrid engagements.
Workshops and corporate engagements can be delivered onsite as needed.
